Get Whim Fragrance By Crafting

To start crafting Whim Fragrance, you'll need to gather special materials found in specific areas. The world quest for Whim Fragrance is labeled "Find Fragrance," so watch out for these types of quests.
Once you have collected the materials, you'll be able to unlock a node in the Heart of Infinity using the materials you obtained along with Bling and one Whimstar. The cost of Bling differs depending on the Whim Fragrance you want.
After unlocking a sketch, check the materials needed to craft it. You'll need different materials than the ones used for the Inspiration so iyou'll also have to gather those to actually craft it.

Start by progressing through the world quest, "Purify! The Scent in the Cavern" to learn how to craft a Whim Fragrance. While it’s possible to craft Whim Fragrance without completing this quest, doing so will give you a better understanding of the crafting process and help you craft the Whim Fragrance, "Traveler's Musings."
How to Use Whim Fragrance
Equip It From the Wardrobe After Crafting
Crafting Whim Fragrance for the first time will automatically unlock the Whim Fragrance category in the dress-up menu. There are 3 types of Whim Fragrance, "Hair Oil", "Body Spray" and "Hand Powder."
Effects Vary Depending on Whim Fragrance
The effects of Whim Fragrance varies based on whether it’s activated by holding down the Purification button or performing a Plunging Attack. Make sure to check a Whim Fragrance's effects before equipping them.
