Song of the Lost Event - The Queen's Lament

Use the Stylist's Guild Front Gate warp spire to fast travel to the location and head inside the Stylist's Guild.

Dada and Hiya ask for help in investigating the strange happenings in Queen Philomia's Palace Ruins. Hiya further instructs you to speak to Locke, an investigator assigned on the area, before heading inside the ruins.

Head to far south east of Breezy Meadow and find Locke near the Queen's Palace Ruins Entrance. He can be found in the area during the day around 04:00 until 22:00. You can use the Run, Pearl-Pal feature to advance the time when needed.

Follow the quest marker towards the Queen's Palace Ruins Entrance and select wait to automatically skip time. Approach the small box at the entrance and a cutscene will start.

Speak to the mysterious doll to gather more information that could be linked to the strange occurrences in the area. The talking doll, who introduced itself as Livie, asks for help to get inside and find her lost sister within the Queen's Palace Ruins.

Head up the hill and follow the stairs towards the top, where you can find a large violin statue. Livie suggests to use Momo's Camera to draw out the Silent Sword's friend to appear.

Open Momo's Camera and take a photo of the strange violin statue. Surprisingly, the camera detects an invisible entity hovering above the statue.

Chase after the Ghost Sentinel heading towards the palace ruins. With every step, it seems to taunt you to keep up as it moves silently through the shadows.

You might find yourself going in circles after exiting the tunnel. To get back on track, investigate all the Lampblooms on your way to get out.

Go inside the main gate towards the Queen's Palace Ruins Front Yard where you can find the mysterious Shadowed Grin just across the glowing flower statue.

Search the entire square for the Black Blings scattered across various locations. Keep an eye out for their dark, shimmering glow to collect all the Black Blings in the area to complete your task.

You will need to use Momo's Camera to investigate the Shaking Frame of the painting at night to collect more Black Blings.

How to Get to the Painting

1	Climb the stairs and use the Jump Pad to get to the upper balcony. Get inside using the door at the right side.
2	You can find the small enclave where the painting is hanged near the entrance. Take note that it will only be available around 22:00 to 3:00. ▶ How to Change Time Guide
3	You will find some Esselings in the area. Make sure to clear them first so you can take photos without disturbances.

Once you have taken the picture, go outside and head down towards the left area. Follow the trail of Black Blings until you are able to obtain all 99.

After collecting all the Black Blings, head back to Strange and hand them over. He will give you an Ancient Locket token, where the photo inside fits perfectly with the one Sir Percy gave earlier.

Go to the Queen's Place Ruins High Tower. If you have unlocked this area's warp spire, you can save time heading up by using this fast travel point. Climb the stairs until you reach the top and see Ms. Glove playing the piano. After the cutscene, you will get the Ancient Ring.

How to Get to the Queen's Place Ruins High Tower

1	Climbs stair and use the Jump Pad to get at the balcony. Then go towards the other leaf Jump Pad across to get at the roof.
2	Jump and Float towards the wooden platform. Then jump again towards the window roof and head inside the opening.
3	Use the stairs to go up the next floor.
4	Unlock the warp spire on the way so you can use it next time as a fast travel point.
5	You can keep following the broken stairs or use the Jump Pad from here to reach the top quickly.

After getting the third token, head to the inner court entrance of the Queen's Palace Ruins just across the tower, where you can jump and float to get down quickly. A short cutscene will start once you approach the marker and the quest will be completed afterwards.
