- Defeat the Sovereign of Elegant in a Styling Challenge
"Sovereign’s Challenge! The Night of Elegance" begins when you defeat all three factions (Green Masks, Great Meadows and Rangers) in the Breezy Meadow with at least a Normal rating.
After defeating all the factions, the quest will appear. Talk to Dada in the Stylist's Guild to learn more about the Sovereign of Elegant.
Based on Dada's information, the Banshee can be found near Shimmer Pond. The Banshee only appears at night (22:00 - 04:00), so either use Run Pear-Pal to change the time or go to the quest area and click the golden orb to automatically set the time to nighttime.

A cutscene will play when you approach the area, prompting the Styling Challenge. Prepare an outfit matching the Elegant and Formal Styling theme. To complete this quest, you need a Perfect rating, which requires a high-level Elegant outfit.

After defeating the Sovereign of Elegant with a Perfect rating, a cutscene will show the Banshee leaving silently, marking the quest as complete.
If you have the Fairytale Swan, level it up to at least level 6 and pair it with a leveled-up Rayplume Eureka set to achieve a Perfect rating. If you lack Shiny Bubbles and Threads of Purity to upgrade your outfit, farm them in the Realm of Escalation.
