Settling Down - How To Unlock
To unlock the Settling Down, you need to finish the previous quest, Unwelcome. Without doing so, you will not have access to this quests.

Settling Down - Mission Walkthrough Procedure

| 1 | Speak to Gunnar |
| 2 | Take command of the longship. Head to the locations with Monasteries (axes) marks |
| 3 | Raid and find resources to build Gunnar's forge. |
| 4 | Return to your settlement and build a Blacksmith |

| 6 | Get acquainted with your room |

2. Get Wealth Chests In Monastery Raids
The Monasteries Raids are the great way to farm supplies and raw materials. Head to the direction with Monastery mark (red axes icon). Once you've arrived at the monastery, look for a wealth chest by proceeding toward the yellow barrel icon to find a wealth chest.

4. Unlock A Blacksmith
After you've finished the Monastery Raid, return to your settlement to build a Blacksmith. By using Blacksmith, you can enhance and customize your weapons and gear.
Constructing Buildings In The Settlement
You can unlock other services by using supplies and raw materials. As the settlement grows, it will gain renown and unlock new building opportunities.

After you've acquainted yourself with your new room, meet Alvis who is in the same longhouse. He will challenge you flyting (word battle). Choose the phrase which rhyme and match his line and increase Charisma level. The higher your Charisma level, the more special dialogue options you unlock in certain situations.
