 Face the flag, dive underwater and look to your left. You'll find a breakable wall underwater |
 Proceed till you find a hanging platform. Get on the platform and jump toward the lattice window. Shoot the red oil jar through the lattice window to explode the wall |
 Get inside of the building from where you've exploded and loot the chest |
