2. Burn Houses With Torches On Toolbar
The fastest way to fill the pillage bar is to lit houses on fire. This can be done with the toolbar curser menu with torches or Flaming Arrows.

The houses contains many loot & supplies which should be looted before setting them alight, so you don't forget in the chaos of things.
3.Kill Alll Enemies To Speak To Galinn
Sometimes Galinn will not interact with you even after the pillage is complete. If this occurs, kill all enemies near by so he would interact with you.
