Pillage Serpent's Landing by burning the carts and cargo

When the gauge is filled, defeat rest of Rued's men

Talk to Finnr after defeating all Rued's men

Osward is by the small house where trader is located.
4. How To Burn Carts & Cargo
The burnable objects glows in light green color. Use torches or shoot explosive red pots to burn them down.
