How To Upgrade Your Settlement
How To Unlock Settlement Upgrade
In order to unlock Settlement Upgrade, you need to first clear the quest Settling Down. By doing so, you can unlock first 5 buildings. After that, new buildings unlock as you raise your Settlement Level.
How To Raise Settlement Level
Settlement Level can be increased by constructing new buildings in your settlement. To do so, you'll need to farm Supplies and Raw Materials. Raiding will be the most effective way to farm sufficient materials.
