Can You Upgrade Game To PS5 & Xbox Series X?
Free Upgrade To Next-Gen Consoles Available
It's been confirmed by Ubisoft that players who purchase the game on the PS4 and Xbox One can upgrade their game to play on the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles. This won't have any additional fees!
Available In Digital & Physical Editions
This upgrade will apply for all editions of the game, whether digital and physical. Digital versions can be upgraded by simply logging in to the new gen, while physical editions will have a download option.

Players however cannot upgrade their physical editions if they have consoles that do not accept disks. These include the digital only version of Playstation 5 and the Xbox Series One.
