1. Head to the Art Room
Art Room Location
The Art Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Police Department. It's on the east side of the Main Hall area.
Open Art Room with Spade Key
You'll need the Spade Key to be able to open and access the Art Room. You can find the room where the key is located on the 3rd Floor of the Police Station.
Weapons Locker Key Card is on the Desk
Inside the Art Room, there is a desk with a lit green lamp. You'll be able to find the Weapons Locker Key Card in that desk.
2. Go to the Safety Deposit Room

The Safety Deposit Room can be found on the 1st floor of the Police Department. It's in the cluster of rooms found west of the Main Hall.
3. Use the Weapons Locker Key Card
W-870 Shotgun is in the Locker
Use the Key Card on the panel beside the locker at the far end of the room. Opening it will reveal the W-870 Shotgun, ready for the taking!
