Laboratory ~ Plant 43 Walkthrough Chart

1 | Get inside the cable car with Ada. This will trigger a cutscene where you'll get the ID Wristband |
2 | Head inside the door on the right to the cafeteria |
3 | Climb up the ladder in the cafeteria. Use the duct to get the kitchen |
4 | Head to you left to get into the Nap Room. Additional tips below. |
5 | In the Nap Room, get the electronic chip from the corpse there. The Electronic Chip will upgrade your placement to access the General Staff |
6 | Take the Regulator (Flamethrower) from the Nap Room. Additional tips below. |
7 | Go inside the blue door and go through another door next to get to the Security Room to get the map |
8 | Head to the Main Shaft, use your ID wristband to call a bridge to the center of the area to the East Area |
9 | Get the signal modulator in the north side of the Main Shaft. Additional tips below. |
10 | Pass through the lobby and conference room to get to the Greenhouse Control Room |
11 | Activate the machine there. This will trigger a cutscene where you will obtain the Dispersal Cartridge |
12 | Head to the southeastern corner of the Greenhouse to get the 1st cryptographic code. Input this to the Greenhouse Control Center. Additional tips below. |
13 | Go back to the panel where you found the first the code. Solve the Signal Modulator puzzle there to open the electricity |
14 | Head down the corridor and examine the trophy in the lounge to find the 2nd code. Additional tips below. |
15 | Return to the control room and enter the 2nd code |
16 | Move to the Drug Testing Lab and fill up the Dispersal Cartridge with the right amount of solution |
17 | Get to Low-Temp Testing Lab room. Cool down the Dispersal Cartridge with the machine there so it can hold Herbicide |
18 | Return to the control room. Dispense the solution with the Dispersal Cartridge |
4. Head to you left to get into the Nap Room
Zombies Are Behind Kitchen Door
Be careful when first going into the Kitchen as there are zombies hiding behind the Kitchen door. Once you open, it's best to just lead them away from the door and zip past through to conserve ammo.
6. Take the Regulator (Flamethrower) from the Nap Room
Regulator (Flamethrower) Location
the Regulator (Flamethrower) mod can be found in the Nap Room. You'll have to go past the Kitchen first to get inside the room.

Don't leave the nap room without getting the Regulator (Flamethrower) first. You can find it in a locker inside the room.
9. Get the Signal Modulator
Use Dials To Adjust Wavelength
You need to match the wavelength of the signal modulator. You can adjust the width of the waves using the left dial and the vertical height of the waves via the right dial.
12. Head to the southeastern corner of the Greenhouse
The Code is on a Sticker on the Ladder
You will find the code inside the southeastern corner of the Greenhouse. It's a sticker stuck on the ladder.
14. Find The 2nd Code - Hint & Tips
Code is Under the Trophy
The 2nd code can be found under the trophy you find in the lounge. Examine the object in your inventory to see what is underneath it.

1. Find Electronic Chip in the Greenhouse
Electronic Chip Location
The Electronic Chip is in a corpse inside the Greenhouse. You can identify the corpse with its white lab coat.

4. Match the Signal Modulator Frequency
Use Dials To Adjust Wavelength
You need to match the wavelength of the signal modulator. You can adjust the width of the waves using the left dial and the vertical height of the waves via the right dial.
8. Defeat the G (3rd Form)
Aim for the G (3rd Form)'s Eyes
The G (3rd Form)'s weaknesses are the giant eyes around its body. Focus on these eyes to do as much damage as you can. Once all the eyes are close, the G (3rd Form) will drop down.
Aim For Cluster Of Eyeballs On G's Chest
When you've closed all eyeballs on G's body, he'll drop down, turn over, and expose a cluster of eyeballs on his chest. Shoot the eyeballs there to inflict the most amount of damage.
Keep Distance From G
The G (3rd Form) has a large swing attack done with both his arms. Keep out of range of the swing by keeping your distance from the G (3rd Form).

1 | Go down using the central elevator in the the Main Shaft. Doing so will cause the 10 min. countdown to begin |
2 | Move forward to monitoring room. Look for the item box then head into the pump room |
3 | Go through the duct and a cutscene will trigger. The Tyrant will appear here |
4 | After the cutscene, you'll be in a different location. You will also have a Joint Plug in your inventory |
5 | Initiate the fight with the Tyrant by inserting the Joint Plug. Additional tips below. |

8 | Head to the back of the train. This will trigger the final fight against the G |

5. Initiate the Fight by Inserting the Joint Plug
Tyrant Fight will Initiate Immediately
Once the Joint Plug is inserted, the fight against the Tyrant will immediately start. Be sure you're ready for the battle before doing so as there's no going back after this.
6. Defeat the Tyrant
Take The Tyrant Down With Well-Placed Shots
Make your shots count. The Tyrant can tanks a lot of damage and with no ammo to be looted, you'll have to be extra careful when using your bullets.
Be Careful of his One-Shot Attack
The Tyrant has a One-Shot Attack that will immediately kill you if you get hit by it. Once you he starts screaming, make precautions to dodge his attack.
Use the Rocket Launcher to Finish the Tyrant
Once you've dealt a certain damage to the Tyrant, a cutscene will happen. After it ends. the Rocket Launcher will be on the floor. Loot it and shoot down the Tyrant.

Continue Damaging the G (5th Form) to Open Its Eye
The G (5th Form) won't open its eye on its own. Continuously deal damage to it until you get to the point where it needs to open its eye.
Use Rocket Launcher to Shoot G (5th Form)'s Eye
Make use of your remaining Rocket Launcher shots to deal tons of damage to the G (5th Form). Aim for the eye to further multiply that damage as that is its weak point.
