How to Use Lunala ex

Can Transfer Energy

Once during your turn, Lunala ex can move Energy from 1 of your Benched Psychic Pokemon to your Active Pokemon. It's similar to Vaporeon's Ability, but it is better as the Active Pokemon's type doesn't matter

Lunala ex Pros and Cons

Standard Stage 2 Pokemon ex

Lunala ex has 180 HP and an Attack that deals 100 damage for 3 Energy. Its HP is sufficient, but its Attack, dealing 100 damage for 3 Energy, is somewhat lacking. Overall, it can be said to be a typical Stage 2 Pokemon ex.

Can Move Energy With its Ability

Lunala ex's true value lies in its Ability. It can move Energy from your Psychic Pokemon in play, allowing for unique strategies of battling by switching Attackers.

This Ability works particularly well with Giratina, whose retreat Energy is 0, and Pokemon with low retreat Energy like Grumpig and Mew ex.
