Easy to Use Basic Pokemon

Rotom can perform a Bench Attack with 1 Energy, dealing 20 damage. With 70 HP and a retreat cost of 1 Energy, it has no significant drawbacks in usability.

Easy Retreat with Ability

Rotom's Ability allows it to have a retreat cost of 0 when Arceus or Arceus ex is on the field. This makes switching with the Bench seamless and enables easy follow-up attacks on retreating opponents.

Attack Uses Colorless Energy

Rotom's Attack requires only 1 Colorless Energy, making it viable in any deck. If you need a Pokemon with a reliable Bench Attack, Rotom is a solid choice.
