Adaman Pros and Cons
Supporter that Reduces Damage
Adaman is a Supporter card that reduces the Attack damage your Metal type Pokemon take by 20 during the next turn. It's typically used when your opponent is about to use an Attack that could Knock Out your Pokemon.
Protects All Your Metal Pokemon
Adaman works on all your Metal Pokemon, so it can also be effective against Bench Attacks. However, note that it doesn't protect against damage from Abilities.
