You can obtain Glaceon from the booster pack Space-Time Smackdown Palkia. Alternatively, it can be exchanged for 150 Pack Points.

Glaceon Pros and Cons

Can Paralyze the Opponent

Articuno's Attack deals 60 damage for 3 Energy, which is on the lower end, but the effect allows you to flip a coin, and if heads, the opponent is Paralyzed. If you can keep the opponent Paralyzed, you can potentially take down their Pokemon without retaliation.

Alternative to Vaporeon

As another Water Type Pokemon that evolves from Eevee, Vaporeon exists. While Vaporeon plays a supportive role, Articuno is more aggressive, so it could be a viable option as an additional Evolve line.
