You can obtain Rhyperior from the booster pack Space-Time Smackdown Palkia. Alternatively, it can be exchanged for 150 Pack Points.

Rhyperior Pros and Cons

Strong Enough as a Finisher

Rhyperior has 160 HP and an Attack that deals 150 damage for 4 Energy, making it strong enough as a Stage 2 Pokemon. Its effect discards cards from the deck, but since deck depletion is not a concern, once Rhyperior is set up, this is rarely an issue.

Very Difficult to Set Up

Being a Stage 2 Pokemon, Rhyperior is difficult to set up, especially since no dedicated support cards were available at the time of release. You'll need another Pokemon to hold the Active Spot until Rhyperior is ready, which inevitably slows down its play.
