Higher HP for a Basic Pokemon

Seel has 80 HP, which is relatively high for a Basic Pokemon. Its attack deals 30 damage with 2 Energy, which is somewhat weak. Once ready, let's evolve it into Dewgong.

High Retreat Energy

Seel requires 2 Energy to retreat, making it harder to escape from the Active Spot. If it can’t continue fighting after evolving, consider using it as a wall Pokemon.
