You can obtain Nidoqueen from the booster pack Genetic Apex Pikachu. Alternatively, it can be exchanged for 150 Pack Points.

Nidoqueen Pros and Cons

High Damage When Conditions Are Met

Nidoqueen's Attack deals 80 damage with 3 Energy, which feels a bit underwhelming considering it’s a Stage 2 Pokemon. However, it increases by 50 damage for each Bench Nidoking, meaning it can deal up to 180 damage.

Stage 2 Requires Setup

Nidoqueen is a Stage 2 Pokemon, meaning the earliest it can evolve is on the 3rd turn after playing Nidoran♀.

Condition for Boosting Damage is Too Strict

Using a Stage 2 Pokemon and a 3 Energy Attack is already challenging, but to make it effective, you need to further evolve Nidoking. The number of required cards is very high, so achieving this without using a Draw Engine will be difficult.
