Golbat Pros and Cons

Easy to Use Stage 1 Pokemon

Golbat is a card with 70 HP and 40 damage 1 Energy Attack. It has one of the highest amounts of damage among 1 Energy. This Pokémon is easy to use because simply the stats increase when it evolves.

Powerful If You Can Evolve First

Since Attack can be used with 1 Energy, it is powerful if you can Evolve on the second turn. If the conditions are met, such as by exploiting its weakness, you may be able to one-hit KO a Basic Pokemon.

Can Be Used Without Worrying About the Type

Golbat can Attack with single Colorless Energy, including before Evolution. This card can be used in any type of deck, so if there are a lot of Pokemon whose weakness is Dark type, including this card is an option.
