Electro Shield Support and Shieldbreaker
Randy is a shield support who can provide shields to the team and help in breaking enemy shields. His Ultimate's shield and shieldbreak attacks scales with his DEF. He can buff allies' Defense and debuff enemies' ATK.

Randy's Secret Letter can be exchanged with Secret Letter Clues in the Shop. 1 Secret Letter will require 10 Secret Letter Clues. The shop is unlocked upon gaining access to the Sanctuary in Act 1.
How To Get Secret Letter CluesUse Secret Letters in Covert Commissions
Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for a Character's Thought to drop. Once you gather 30 Thoughts, you can then exchange them for the character!
