Blackout Crisis - Quest Guide
- Listen through the window.
- Repair the circuit breaker.
- Talk through the window.
- Collect Aromalilies and Pearly Shells.
- Deliver the materials to Laymona.
To start this quest, head towards the house located north of the Kingdom Guard’s Office. This will also be marked automatically on your map upon unlocking this quest. Nikki and Momo will listen through the window and decide to help the person in distress by offering to fix their circuit breaker.
The Blackout Crisis quest is unlocked after completing the quest, “Go to the Dream Warehouse.” You’ll also need the Fully Charged outfit, which you’ll craft in Chapter 1 of the main quest.
Equip the Fully Charged outfit and start repairing the circuit breaker to the left of the window. Complete the electrical repair game by connecting the circuits to allow electricity to pass from one end to the other.

Now that power has been restored, talk to the person through the window. She will introduce herself as Laymona, a shut-in, fabric materials scientist, researching a new material. She was affected by the power outage caused by the Monroefin and needs Aromalilies and Pearly Shells to finish the new material and compete in the Royal Fabrics Innovation Competition
Your next task is to collect 1 Aromalily and 1 Pearly Shell. Both of these are easy to find and you simply need to head over to the coast, south of Laymona’s house. There, you’ll be able to collect Aromalilies from lilypads and Pearly Shells just lying by the coastline.
Balletflies can be found near ponds, lakes and shorelines so make sure to catch some whenever you’re near these areas.
After collecting the materials, head back to Laymona’s house to deliver them. Laymona will thank Nikki and Momo in person and this will complete the quest. You’ll receive a sketch for “Reshaped Plaid,“ x30 Diamonds, x10,000 Blings, x400 Mira EXP, and x30 Thread of Purity as your rewards.
