Ocheno is found in Florawish, in a southern direction of the Great Wishtree. He is found admiring the view while reminiscing about his son.
Once you've located Ocheno, speak to him to trigger the photo investigation.

Ocheno's Son is the heavy-set young man with red hair who's standing on the rightmost side of the line. His back will be turned to the camera, and he will have aged significantly when compared to his childhood photo.
