How To Enter Code

• Go to the Code Redemption Screen on the Official Website
• Log into your HoYoVerse Account.
• Select the server and check the character name.
• Enter the code and click Redeem.
• Check your mailbox in the game.

Go To The Code Redemption Screen On The Official Website

First go to the Honkai: Star Rail Official Website. Click the link below to directly open the code redemption screen. To access this page from the homepage, go to 'More' on the upper menu and click 'Redeem Code'.

Log In Your HoYoVerse Account

Before you can redeem your code, log in using your HoYoVerse account from the 'Log In' button on the upper right.

Select Server And Check Character Name

Once you are logged in, select your server. The character name will automatically appear once you select the server. Check to see if it is your character's name.

Enter Code And Click Redeem

Once you checked the server and character name, enter the code and click Redeem. Then you should see a confirmation screen.

Check Your Mailbox In The Game

Once you redeem your code, you will receive a mail in the game. Open it to receive your rewards.

[Android/PC] How To Redeem In The Game

• Click the 3 dots on your menu screen.
• Enter your code.
• Check your Mailbox.

Open The Menu Screen And Click On The 3 Dots

Press the Esc Key or the Phone button on the upper left of the screen to open the menu, then click on the 3 dots to access the screen to enter your code.

Enter Your Code

Click on 'Redemption Code' to access the screen to enter your code. Copy the code then click on the button on the right to paste it.

Check Your Mailbox

If you see the confirmation screen, you can receive your awards from your mailbox.
