Expected To Be On August 30
Ver. 1.3 "Celestial Eyes Above Mortal Ruins" Release Date has not been announced, but it's expected to be on August 30, the day after Kafka's banner ends on August 29.

New Light Cone Event Warp

Two new 5-Star Light Cones will be added. They are confirmed to be the Signature Light Cones of Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan.
The detailed effect is expected to be revealed before the release date, as the Ver. 1.2 Update.
New Character Event Warp
For The First Half
The new warp featuring Imbibitor Lunae will be held on the same day as the Ver. 1.3 Update, probably around noon on Wednesday, August 30.
For The Second Half
The warp featuring "Fu Xuan (5-Star)" and "Lynx (4-Star)" will be held in place of the Imbibitor Lunae warp. Based on the past schedule, it will probably be released around Wednesday, September 20.
New Features
Trailblaze Mission
In Ver 1.3, a Trailblaze Mission will be added, probably the last chapter of the Xianzhou Luofu. We can look forward to the storyline of "Imbibitor Lunae" and the next move of the Stellaron Hunter.
Companion Missions
In Ver 1.3, the Companion Missions of Imbibitor Lunae, March 7th, Lynx, and Luka will be added. These missions will reveal the backgrounds of the main characters Dan Heng and March 7th. Let's look forward to them!
Two New Stagnant Shadows
After the Ver. 1.3 Update, two new Stagnant Shadows will be added. The two newly added materials will be used for the new characters, "Imbibitor Lunae" and "Fu Xuan."
Trailblaze Power System Optimization
With the Ver 1.3 Update, the Trailblaze Power cap will be increased to 240. Additionally, a percentage of the surplus of Trailblaze Power will be stored as "Reserved Trailblaze Power" up to a certain value.
Friends System
The Friend System in Version 1.3 gets three updates: sort friends, auto-decline requests, and use stickers in chats.
New Events
Aurum Alley's Hustle and Bustle
A new event called "Aurum Alley's Hustle and Bustle" will be held, introducing a new map like the "Museum Event" in Ver 1.1.
It appears to be a new mini-game event where players manage a town to restore it. The mini-game system is new, but the event is similar to the Museum Event.
Rewards include "Self-Modeling Resin," the 4-Star Character "Sushang," and the newly added feature of "smartphone wallpaper." The limited-time rewards will no longer be available after the event period, but the quests will still be playable.

Simulated Universe: The Swarm Disaster
A new update to the Simulated Universe will also be released. Completing the "Simulated Universe: The Swarm Disaster" unlocks a new Path "Propagation" permanently.
This upcoming event, "Simulated Universe: The Swarm Disaster," will introduce a new system that appears complex. Let's wait for a detailed announcement after its release.
Gift of Odyssey
The Login Bonus event will be held, offering players tickets for 10 Warps.
Space Station Task Force
A limited-time "Assignment" will be added. Assign your characters to fulfill conditions and earn gorgeous rewards.
Planar Fissure
Relics received in the Simulated Universe will be doubled.
Garden of Plenty
Calyx rewards will be doubled, providing an excellent opportunity to efficiently obtain Character Upgrade and Trace Materials.
