Ant Mandibles Recipe - How To Get
Kill Soldier Ants
There is only one way of getting Ant Mandibles, and that is by dispatching Soldier Ants! These are a lot harder to kill than your usual worker ants, so be prepared and decked out in the best armor you have!
Bring A Torch
If you are venturing to the depths of an anthill to find Soldiers, you're probably going to want to bring a torch. A regular Torch is preferable, but a Slime Mold one is okay too.
Fighting In The Dark Is Tricky
If you choose to fight in the dark, beware: you can't hold a torch and fight at the same time with some weapons. Notably, club-like weapons require two hands. Pebblet Spears or Spider Fang Daggers will be okay, however.
Location Of Anthill
You can find Soldier Ants by simply killing Worker Ants until a Soldier arrives, but it might be faster to just head to an anthill instead. The one in the western part of the map is a good bet.
