Probably Spawn At Random
It is possible that Archer's Cookies do not spawn at set locations and areas. You may be able to find Archer's Cookies lying around at random areas of the map. Users are claiming to have found the cookies at various locations. If you found the cookie, leave us a comment below!
Might Spawn Near Map Borders
It may be important to note that the developer's update mentioned that kids have started to throw Archer's Cookies over the fence of the backyard. It may be safe to assume that there is a higher chance of finding these cookies near map borders.
