How To Regrow Plants & Weeds
Chop The Plant With Your Axe
First, you will need to chop up the plant. Use your axe to destroy the plant, and harvest its resources. Each plant will give out different resources and materials. Make sure to collect the resources!
Destroy The Root
Once the plant is chopped down, a small root will remain in the plant's place. Roots will not regrow into plants. Destroying the root will allow a new plant to grow in the original plant's place.
Plant Will Reappear After Some Time
After a few in-game days, a fully grown plant will be in its place. You can then chop it down in order to gather more materials and resources!
Tips On Plant & Weeds Regrowth
Use Fists To Break The Root
It is recommended to use your fists when breaking the root of the plant. Using your fists will not only preserve the condition of your tools, but also consumes less stamina when compared to using tools!
Same Mechanics For Weeds
The process of regrowing weeds is basically the same. You will need to chop it down and destroy the root. Weed Stems are also a useful resource which can be beneficial for crafting so make sure to collect them!
Get Weed Stems From Dandelions
Alternatively, you will be able to gather weed stems by chopping down dandelions. Keep in mind that Dandelions only need a Tier 1 Axe to chop down while actual weeds require a Tier 2 Axe to destroy.
