How To Craft Items
Check Recipe For Required Materials
Before crafting an item, check out the crafting menu to see if you meet the requirements! The number on the left indicates how much items you need while the number on the right shows the number of items you have.
Gather Resources To Meet Requirements
If you do not have the required materials, head out and gather the materials! You can usually get basic Resources such as Pebblets and Sap by picking them up while exploring! You can also chop down plants to gather resources like planks and the like!
Plants Will Regrow For More Resources
Keep in mind that plants and weeds will regrow after you destroy their roots! Make sure to destroy the roots so you can come back to them after a few in-game days should you need more materials!

Once you have all of the required materials, all you need to do is hover over the item you want to create, and hit craft! This will automatically use up your resources and create the item you want!
You May Need To Craft Other Ingredients First
Keep in mind that you may need to craft other items first before being able to craft the item you want. For example, you will first need to craft woven fibers from plant fibers before you can craft a Pebblet Axe!
How To Learn Recipes
Gather Materials To Learn Recipes
You will sometimes learn a recipe by simply gathering materials while exploring the world! A notice will appear on your HUD when you learn of a new recipe while picking up an item!
Analyze Materials At Research Bases
Aside from this, you can analyze materials at research bases in order to learn even more recipes. For example, analyzing Plant Fibers at a research base will allow you to learn the recipe for Woven Fibers!
Analyzer Recharges Over Time
Each analyzer will have a set amount of uses. You will need to wait a certain period of time before you can analyze again. If you really need to analyze a resource, look for more research bases scattered around the world!

Create Items To Assist You
Crafting will allow you to craft different tools and items that will assist you in your exploration! These include weapons and armor, building your base, and more!
Create Tools For Harvesting Resources
Crafting will give you tools such as hammers and axes to help you harvest resources from the environment. Use axes to chop down large stalks, hammers to break rocks, and the like!
