55 our of 69 enemies will be going through the Right Lane. Focus your defenses here. The Left Lane can survive with one Defender and one long-range Operator.
Place Left Lane Operators in Corner
If you place an Operator on a platform near the center of the stage, it will be attacked by a long-range enemies. It's better to keep your defense in the tight corner near the goal.
Acid Originium Slugs Lower Defense
Operators attacked by Acid Originium Slugs will have their defense cut in half. Medics with AoE healing are great for counteracting this.
Create a Choke Close to the Goal
On the right lane, it's better to create a chokepoint to prevent enemy advance. Have a Defender deployed there, then use multiple attackers to take care of all enemies in the area.
