How to Level Up Fast
Complete Tactical Drill Supply Missions
The Tactical Drill Supply Missions is highly recommended to farm since it will reward you with Battle Records that you can use to level up your Operators. These Missions have different reward sets with higher difficulty ones giving higher tier Battle Records.

Select Operator Management From Home Screen
In order for you to level up an Operator, go to the home screen, then select Operator Management. A list will pop up showing all of your Operators. Choose the character you want to level up!

You will then be able to level up your characters by using Battle Records on them. Keep in mind that a higher rarity Battle Record will award more exp points to your Operator! Battle Records can be farmed using Supply Missions, so best check them out when you need to level up your Operators!

Benefits of Leveling Up
Max Level Required For Promotion
It is a requirement to level your Operators to their max level before promoting them. If you want to promote one of your favorite Operators, you should consider leveling them up quickly!

Leveling up will also increase the stats of your Operator! An increase in HP or Attack Power will be helpful especially for the later stages of the game. Level up your characters to make the endgame stages easier!
Skills Are Leveled Up Separately
Skills are do not level up together with the character. You have to manually upgrade them via the Operator screen. Upgrading skills increases their effectiveness in battle, but the process also requires certain materials.
