Further Strengthen Characters
Promoting your characters will allow you to further strengthen them! These will allow them to learn new skills, as well as increase certain stat caps! Keep in mind that new skills & stat caps are not guaranteed for all characters.
You Can Promote Characters Up to 2 Times
You will be able to promote certain Operators up to two times. However, keep in mind that the number of promotions depend on the character's rarity. The higher a character's rarity, the rarer the materials you will need to promote them.
How to Promote Operator Characters
Max Out Their Levels
In order for you to promote a character, you will need to max out their levels. You can do this by giving them tons of Battle Records when leveling them up!

Once the character's level is maxed & you have the necessary materials, click the blue check mark to successfully promote them! After the promotion, the character's level will revert back to 1. So remember to level them up again.
