By selecting your preferred combination, you can filter characters that may drop from that specific tag combination. Up to 3 combination can be selected at once. Try out different combination that may yield the rarest characters
9 Hour Wait is Highly Recommended
Unless specifically looking for ★1 or ★2, selecting a 9 hour wait is highly recommended. The longer the wait, the better chance you have of getting a character that matches your selected profile.

Senior Operator & Top Operator tags will yield ★5 & ★6 character as a guaranteed rare drop. Use these rare tags wisely to select rare units of your preference.
Some Tags Are Rare
Some Tags in the Open Recruitment are rare and might take a few tries before they appear as a choice. You can use the Office to refresh your tag selection, but note that tag rerolls take time before they can be used.

Some Operators, new and old, cannot be obtained via Recruitment. These characters can only be had by getting them through Headhunt. However, there is still a chance that these Operators may be added in a future update.
