What is the Training Room?
Increase Skills of Operators
Further increase the skill ranks of your Operators by sending them to the Training Room. You can increase the skill rank of your Operators to 7 here!

Choose Trainees and Collaborators
Once you raise an Operator's Skill to 7, you can choose them to be trained. Other Operators can also join in as Collaborators. By placing matching base skills, training speed can be reduced.

You can select up to 3 skills of an Operator to enhance. You will need materials with every training so make sure to stock up on them.
