How To Do Open Recruitment
Increase Rarity Using Timer
Once the timer expires, you will be able to get a character from the pool of Operators within your specified tags. You will be able to increase the chances of getting a high rarity Operator by setting a longer timer.

Get Operators Based On Tags
The characters that you will get via Open Recruitment will be based on the tags that you set at the start. Each Operator will have a set of tags, if your tags match, you will have a possibility of recruiting that specific Operator.

Operators Obtained Via Open Recruitment
Exclusively From Open Recruitment
Cannot Be Obtained From Open Recruitment
Keep in mind that there are some Operators that can be obtained only by using Open Recruitment. On the other hand, there are some Operators that cannot be acquired in Open Recruitment.
Set New Tags After Completing Or Cancelling Recruitment
Note that you will only be able to refresh the tags that you set after completing or cancelling the recruitment process. You will not be able to change tags once the process begins.
Tags May Be Erased
It is possible for set tags to be erased upon completion of the recruitment period. Should this happen, the possible Operator that you will get will be chosen from the remaining tags. The following are conditions for tags to get erased:
- Recruitment length
- No Operator meets the selected tags
Use Expedited Plan to Acquire Operator Immediately
Using the Expedited Plan can bypass the required Recruitment Period & can allow you to immediately recruit the Operator. Use these in case you were able to select "Top Operator" qualification, or you want to get new recruits while changing qualification tags.

Upgrading your Office Room at the base will allow you to recruit up to 4 Operators at the same time! Fully upgrading your office will allow you to increase the chances of recruiting the Operator you're looking for.

Once you have your base's Office running, you get a maximum of 3 tries to reset your tags. Tag resets recharge every 8 hours.
Reset Tags While Recruiting
You can choose to "Cancel" or immediately speed up the process by pressing the "Recruit" button. This also resets the tags for that slot. However, this method consumes items so best think about it before you go through.
