Materials Needed for Elite Promotions
Elite Materials are required for characters to undergo Elite Promotions. Upgrading Operators will let them learn new skills & increase certain stat caps!

You will be able to promote Operators up to 2 times depending on their rarity. The higher the rarity, the more materials they require to be promoted.

Complete Daily Chip Missions
Chip Missions are special missions that you can do to get class chips for promoting your Operators. They're not all available everyday since they follow a schedule and are only unlocked after Mission 1-10.
