Increase Operators' Levels
Operators becomes stronger the higher their level is. You can increase their level faster by deploying them on missions and using Battle Records that you acquire.

When you defeat all enemies in a level and a get 3 stars, you unlock the option to Auto Battle that level. This makes it easier to farm for materials and level up your Operators.

You can upgrade character skills to make them more effective when used in combat. Since Operators often have more than 1 skill, make sure to pick the right ones to upgrade to conserve materials and items.

Elite Promotions will allow you to further increase the stats of your Operators when they max out their levels. This can be done twice per Operator, but it requires them to be at max level first.

Potential is a system that let's you increase the stats or strengthen the abilities of an operator. You'll need either a Character Token or a Professional Token to be able to do this.
