You can check out an Operator's available custom clothing through the Operator Management Menu. Select an Operator from there & you can view each character's individual outfits.
Check Out the Shop Guide HereRequired to Clear Mission 0-11 First
You won't be able to purchase outfits until you clear Mission 0-11 to unlock the Shop & its other tabs. Clearing this should be easy so long as you have a balanced team.
How to Change Skins
Found in Character Tab
Open your Operator's list & select the character you want to change the skin of. Click the Hanger Tab on the top of the screen to open the option!
