Recruit through Gacha
The Headhunting Gacha is a random pull that will reward you with Operators. It's entirely random as it follows a drop rate with higher rarity Operators having lower drop rates. You'll receive a free 10-pull at the start of the game with a guaranteed 6-star!

At the start of the game, you can reroll to get a stronger character from the Gacha. Aim for rarity 6 characters before deciding to push through to the story without rerolling.

You can also recruit units by opening jobs. You'll need to progress through the story first before you can get the option. With jobs, you can recruit characters within a set amount of time.

Progress to Unlock New Features
There are a lot of features that are only accessible by advancing through the story first. You'll be able to advance faster if you get a strong character from the Gacha.

Upgrade Your Base
Once you've unlocked your base, make sure to upgrade it as soon as you can. This is important since this is connected to how you can recruit operators and gather resources.
Things to Do when Failing Quests
Deploy Cost Efficient Units
Characters with a high rarity takes up too much costs and takes a while to reploy. It's better to use low-cost Vanguards or Guards to gain advantages at the start of battles.

Remember to raise your character levels in the Human Resources. Having low HP and defense can easily wipe out your unit so it's best to increase those first before going on quests.
