| 1 | Go to the Firing Range in the Police Department and get the metal box with the key inside |

| 3 | Use the key to open the trunk of one of the Police Cars in the Garage and take the JMB Hp3 Handgun |
1. Go to the Firing Range
Inside the Firing Range, there is a metal box that you can examine. Open it to get the key that will open the Police Car that contains the JMB Hp3 Handgun.
2. Head Back to the Parking Garage

The Parking Garage is in the basement of the Police Department. As part of the story, you will have to go to the Parking Garage to progress through the section.
