1. Complete Leon Side and Start Claire Side B
Quickdraw Army Only Available in Claire Side B
You can only get the Quickdraw Army Handgun in Claire Side B! This requires you to complete Leon Side A first to be able to play the Claire Side B.
2. Use Bolt Cutter to Open Guard Room
Bolt Cutter Location
You can find the Bolt Cutters needed to open the Guard Room in the Raccoon Police Department Courtyard. It's at the upper corner.
Bolt Cutter is in the Wheelbarrow
Look for the Wheelbarrow in the courtyard because that's where the Bolt Cutters are! You can find it beside the closed door.
Guard Room Location
The Guard Room is located in the starting point of the Claire Side B. You'll need to backtrack a bit after you get the Bolt Cutters to get to it.
3.Take Revolver from the Table
Inside the Guard Room, there is a table next to the Item Box where the Quickdraw Army revolver should be! Make sure to take it with you before moving on to the next area.
