Can Be Recovered With Ability

Primarina is a Stage 2 Pokemon with 140 HP and an attack that deals 60 damage for 2 Energy. Its Ability allows you to heal 30 HP from all of your Water Pokemon once per turn. Since the Ability works even while on the Bench, it's best paired with high-HP Water Pokemon.

Strong When Evolved with Rare Candy

If you can use Rare Candy to get Primarina onto your Bench early, you can start healing a lot of HP with its Ability. If you're building a deck around Primarina, make sure to include Rare Candy.
