Soggy Swamp - Rune Location

The entrance to where you can find the Rune in this level can be found nestled between stone pillars. We found the entrance close to where we fought the Corrupted Cauldron.

Can Only Be Found After Beating The Game Once

Runes are a new collectible unlocked after beating the main story once. You won't be able to find it until you beat the whole game first.

How To Unlock Secret Level: Soggy Cave

Look For Secret Passageways

Make sure to keep an eye out for a map in the secret explorable dungeons. Picking up the map will allow you to unlock the Soggy Cave biome. It may take several runs to unlock this secret biome as everything is randomly generated.

1, 3. Go Through The Swamp - Tips

Beware Of Witches In Swamp

In the swamp you'll encounter witches that can through poisonous potions in your path, Keep mobile and avoid the purple clouds to prevent getting damaged.

Blobs Get Smaller & Multiply

You'll also encounter jello-like mobs in the Soggy Swamp. They'll appear large at first but will size down when you take their HP down. Make sure to keep attacking or you can get overwhelmed by their numbers.

Enderman Encounter In Cave

When you enter the cave after destroying the 5 Brews, you may encounter an Enderman. Be sure to keep your distance and be mobile as this mini-boss can be very persistent & highly offensive.

4. Defeat The Corrupted Cauldron - Tips

Keep Mobile & Attack In Long Range

The Cauldron summons a lot of minions and does a powerful fiery attack to protect itself. Keep moving around to avoid all projectiles & attack using your bow to defeat it!

Enderman - Boss Tips

Avoid Its Long Arms

Enderman will chase after you and attack you with its arms. It's best to sidestep or roll to the side when it attacks to avoid taking any damage.

Disappears After Getting Attacked

When you deal enough damage to Enderman, it will disappear for a few seconds then reappear again to attack. When it does this, keep mobile to avoid getting ambushed.

Corrupted Cauldron - Boss Tips

Keep Away From Purple Fire

The Corrupted Cauldron will summon purple fire around it once in a while. It's best to avoid staying too close to keep from taking damage from the fire.

Summons Minions That Hurl Projectiles

The boss will also summon small purple blobs that hurl projectiles at you. When it does this, use an area-of-effect attack to clear your path so you won't get overwhelmed by too many projectiles.

Use Ranged Damage To Defeat Cauldron

It's best to keep to the sides of the area & just shoot at the Corrupted Cauldron from afar. Physical barriers will protect you from minion projectiles while you slowly chip away at its health.
