Character List - Non-Playable Characters
The Narrator
Although you never actually see the Narrator, she plays a big part in your adventure. In every level that you play, the Narrator will be there to narrate what is next in your adventure.

The Villagers are the main victims of the Arch-Illager's schemes. You'll need to save them a number of times throughout your adventure, including in Creeper Woods and Redstone Mines.
Character List - Merchants
Blacksmith
The Blacksmith will let you trade in emeralds for a random weapon or armor. What you get will always be close to your current power level & you might just get a unique weapon to boot!

Similar to the Blacksmith, the Wandering Trader will give you a random artifact for emeralds. Its cost is higher than with the Blacksmith, but what you get is still by chance.
Character List - Villain & Enemies
Arch-Illager
The villain of this story, the Arch-Illager was an abused villager who stumbled upon a source of power so great he could take out villages in a snap. Defeating him is the endgoal of Minecraft Dungeon's story.
