Is There Cloud Save In Minecraft Dungeons?
Cloud Save Available Only For Consoles
According to Minecraft Dungeon's official site, cloud saves are only available for console platforms such as the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

How To Back Up PC Save Files
Locate Save File Folder On PC
To find your save files, open your start menu and look for "Run" in search. Type in "%HOMEPATH%\Saved Games\Mojang Studios\Dungeons" to open the folder.
Copy Folder Content To Another Location
After you've opened the folder, copy its contents to another locations. This is your back up save file.
After Reinstalling, Copy From Back Up
If you uninstall the game, you can copy the content from the back up save file to the above folder to retain you game save, character, items, & progression.
