While exploring Highblock Halls, you may encounter a shield on a wall. Interacting with this shield will open up a door that you can pass through. Find the map in this new area to unlock the Underhole secret level.

The Underhalls is a fairly short secret mission and should pose little to no difficulty to you. However exploring it is a great way to earn emeralds & new loot so you should explore every nook and cranny!
