Keep exploring the Dingy Jungle until you find a small lit-up entrance in the level. This can be random and may require several playthroughs of the level to activate or find.

Switches Found By Statues Or Walls
You can find the 3 switches by the walls or statues in the small area. Pressing 3 of them will unlock the hidden location scroll to Panda Plateau.

Once you've pressed all 3 switches, a small secret area will be revealed and the location scroll to Panda Plateau will be yours for the taking.
