In the game's official site, it is stated that the game will support cross-platform functionality between all platforms. This includes the PC (Windows 10), Xbox One, PS4, & Nintendo Switch.

Play Online With Other Platforms
Crossplay is a feature which allows any two online players to play the game together, regardless of their platform. This means that PS4 players are not restricted playing with other PS4 players. The same goes for players on PC, Xbox One , and Switch.
