Rebecca is an DPS character great for farming enemy waves thanks to her Skill's Summons. Both her melee weapon attacks and Summons' attacks debuff the enemies with a unique DoT debuff that can increase the damage dealt by her Ultimate.

How to Unlock or Get Rebecca?

Exchange With Secret Letter Clues

Rebecca's Secret Letter can be exchanged with Secret Letter Clues in the Shop. 1 Secret Letter will require 10 Secret Letter Clues. The shop is unlocked upon gaining access to the Sanctuary in Act 1.

Use Secret Letters in Covert Commissions

Secret Letters can be used during Covert Commissions to get a chance for a Character's Thought to drop. Once you gather 30 Thoughts, you can then exchange them for the character!

Siren's Kiss

The large majority of Rebecca's damage comes from her AoE Summons. Her signature Siren's Kiss improves her Skill Range effectively increasing her personal damage. You can also opt to use Wanewraith which improves her skill damage. Select your weapon depending on which Demon Wedges you have equipped. Assuming you have other sources for Skill DMG, take Siren's Kiss. And if vice versa, take Wanewraith instead.

Rebecca is typically used to defend an objective or an area when using her as a combat partner. With a ranged weapon like Excres Duo, you can keep her from moving too far away while still granting her bonus Skill DMG.

This build will not only increase the overall performance of Rebecca's Summons, but will also help in managing her sanity. It does require having an ATK SPD weapon since you will need it to activate her Misty Veil wedge.

Rebecca does not really need her ranged weapon, besides using it as a stat stick, so it's better to prioritize its Wedges lowly.

Focus On Strengthening Rebecca's Summon

This whole Wedge build is designed to increase the efficiency of Rebecca's Summons. Besides increasing their overall damage, it will increase its DPS by making them attack faster with a longer range through the Misty Veil wedge.

However, during Co-Op, it would be better to slot in Prime Serenity instead of Prime Morale to ensure constant Sanity recharge. This build also depends on running an ATK Speed Stat Stick weapon on her.
