Since the Small Stonetree Cavern is far from the other islands, use the Windrider Mill Skypass to reach the area. Look for a small island visible during the glide to Barrel Grove. The cavern is located at the lower part of this island. In case you haven't unlocked the Windrider Mill Skypass, complete the Repair the Windrider Mill Skypass quest first.
Repair the Windrider Mill Skypass Guide
"Roll, Barrels!" begins by entering the Small Stonetree Cavern, located on a small island between Windrider Mill and Barrel Grove in the Abandoned District. Talk to Tipsy Tom, who will ask your help in rolling the barrels back to the storeroom.
The storeroom is guarded by Esselings. Purify them first to make rolling the barrels easier. The floating barrels will roll based on Nikki's location. Stand on the edge of the barrel, tilt the camera sideways and walk towards the middle little by little to keep it moving. Roll all four barrels into the storeroom.
Once all the barrels are successfully placed in the storeroom, return to Tipsy Tom to report your progress. This will complete the quest.
