"In Love With Dolls" begins when you approach Romanda near the Faewish Sprite Doll Shop in Florawish. You'll see Romanda admiring a Faewish Sprite doll displayed in front of the shop.
Romanda mentions he is on a date, but no one else is with him. Go up to the balcony by jumping on the nearby roof, find the ▼ icon, and click 'Listen' to eavesdrop on his conversation.
Teleport to the "Grand Tree Residential Area" Warp Spire. Find Romanda and speak with him. He is counting on you to bring the Faewish Sprite doll that was displayed earlier.
Head to the Faewish Sprite Doll Shop in Florawish and talk to Delphisi. Purchase the Faewish Sprite doll on display for 500 Blings.
Return to the Grand Tree Residential Area and give the doll to Romanda. He will thank you for bringing it and the quest will be complete.
